Tim Hightower rushed for 148 yards and two touchdowns on 18 carries as the Cardinals’ beat down the Broncos 43-13 in Week 14.
Hightower was particularly effective in late-game garbage time, racking up both of his scores in the fourth quarter while milking out the clock. Beanie Wells was all but a non-factor, receiving just six carries before exiting with what the team has called a "stomach illness." Hightower appears to have a decent hold on the Cardinals’ feature back job at this point. He’ll be worth low-end RB2 consideration against the Panthers in Week 15.
