Darren McFadden injured ankle in loss to Colts
According to the Contra Costa Times, Darren McFadden suffered an ankle injury in the third quarter of Sunday’s loss to the Colts.
Our View: He was limited the rest of the way, which explains the fact that he had only 11 carries. There’s no word on the severity of the injury, though coach Tom Cable called it turf toe despite the official listing of an ankle ailment. We’ll pass along the details as they become available, but with the Raiders out of the playoff picture, we’d expect him to sit out of the finale.
