Rams hire McDaniels as new offensive coordinator
According to Chris Mortensen, the Rams have hired Josh McDaniels as their new offensive coordinator.
Our View: This could be an excellent fit. The former Denver head man’s spread-like system is very similar to the one Sam Bradford worked out of in college, and McDaniels has a great history of developing passers. With Seattle firing OC Jeremy Bates, there was some speculation that McDaniels could be headed to the Pacific Northwest, but he expectedly chose to mold Bradford instead of dealing with the potential mess under center the Seahawks could be dealing with next season.
